We maintain technical and organizational measures in order to ensure data security, in particular for the protection of customer personal data.
In order to submit support tickets per email as an active or potential customer we will gather the following data. At that time we will store your name (if entered), email address and support details. If the support details should include personal data, please anonymize the data beforehand.
Personal Data Retention
Scitotec GmbH will retain Personal Data for as long as needed to provide the Services to you. Scitotec GmbH will also retain Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you wish for your personal information to be removed from the Support Database please contact our support team at email@example.com
Usage of acquired user data
